Client Delivery Manager
This is an internal, direct hire position at YUPRO Placement.
Job Summary:
The Client Delivery Manager is responsible for full cycle recruiting and end-to-end client account management at YUPRO Placement. This includes managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the contract lifecycle. The role also involves servicing Managed Service Providers (MSP) and direct clients, guiding them through the entire recruitment cycle, from initial job requisition to contract completion.

Core Job Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring top-tier service. This includes understanding and meeting client recruitment needs, specifications, and contract stipulations.
- Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job order intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using ATS and other platforms.
- Intern Conversion: Facilitate the transition of Year Up Interns into contract roles, ensuring smooth communication and onboarding processes.
- Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with the HR and Ops departments to ensure onboarding activities adhere to client contracts and organizational policies.
- Contractor Management: Conduct regular check-ins with clients and candidates, manage timecard approvals, amendment requests, and other related activities.
- Account Growth: Strategically market our talent and services to expand our footprint with existing clients, aiming for year-on-year growth.
- Data Management: Document all interactions, progress, requisitions, and placements in ATS/CRM systems and related technologies.
General Job Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire life cycle recruitment flow from timely job order intake, recruitment, sourcing, and placement of candidates.
- Metrics Adherence: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and client delivery metrics, embodying and promoting YUPRO Placement values.
- Collaborative Engagement: Attend mandatory company meetings, actively participate, and work collaboratively with teams to expand job opportunities and grow client relationships.
- Talent Support: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned talent throughout their employment journey, from onboarding to addressing any workplace issues.
Metrics of Success determined quarterly, or as needed, based on client trends and business goals:
- Headcount Management and Growth: Proactively manage and grow contractor headcount within assigned accounts by ensuring timely placements, filling vacancies promptly, and identifying opportunities to expand headcount in alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Client Satisfaction: Strengthen and grow client relationships by engaging consistently by company standards. Ensure client satisfaction with a target NPS score of 75 or above, as a tool to assess and refine our service delivery.
- Recruitment Efficiency: Oversee the recruitment process for assigned accounts from initial submittal to final hiring, striving for conversion rates that meet client expectations.
- Documentation: Ensure clear, accurate, and timely documentation of all client interactions, candidate details, and recruitment milestones. Utilize ATS/CRM and other technologies effectively to ensure compliance with client and internal standards.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes to ensure that all candidates are compensated accurately and on time. Reconcile discrepancies promptly and adhere to all regulatory and contractual obligations.
A Typical Placement Process
- Job Acquisition: Secure job opportunities from prospective clients.
- Pipeline Development: Create and manage candidate pipelines tailored to client needs.
- Candidate Identification: Use ATS, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
- Job Postings: List available positions on job boards, monitoring and updating as required.
- Interview Process: Schedule and conduct interviews, preparing candidates thoroughly for client interactions.
- Assignment Management: Oversee the duration of candidate contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and exploring opportunities for contract extensions.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work virtually and independently in a metrics-driven role with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships virtually and in person, showing integrity, reliability, and maturity in all interactions.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to interpret client and talent needs while responding timely & appropriately to meet the situation at hand.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks, meet deadlines, & ask for help when needed.
- Able to effectively career coach talent using positive communication techniques offering developmental feedback in a professional manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with online recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
- Ability to empathize and understand the challenges faced by traditionally underrepresented talent towards access to both educational and professional resources, and barriers to job placement due to systemic equity workforce challenges.
- Upholds the attitude that in a growing organization, everyone jumps in where needed thus is willing to jump in for large projects, and when requested to ensure the success of the team and the organization.
- Empathy and understanding the barriers in the employment consideration process for historically excluded talent seeking jobs based on their skills and abilities.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of related experience working in a team environment while also contributing independently.
- Experience in staffing industry or related such as talent acquisition or HR while supporting recruiting, account management, onboarding/offboarding or talent acquisition.
- Recruiting experience required in any industry – matching talent to a job requisition; along with managing the recruiting process for placement required for initial consideration for this role.
- Basic understanding of and exposure to employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with client/account relationship management in any industry where both verbal and written communication is required for successful implementation of services.
- Experience working in a start-up culture or small business environment, where team structures evolve, change is constant, and creativity thrives. Success in this setting requires strong cross-departmental collaboration and adaptability.
- Must love all things recruiting – interacting live with talent on the phone, on Zoom, and a general overall desire to place talent in jobs that can change the course of a life in one job opportunity.

- Salaried position paid on 15th and 30th each month with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through company incentive plan based on company performance.
