Technical Support Specialist III

You will troubleshoot complex issues, support AI tools and systems, and deliver an exceptional in-person experience to users every day. Job Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote technical support to users for hardware, software, and AI tool-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues including operating systems, connectivity, and configuration for MacOS and Windows devices
- Install software, perform hardware testing, and monitor system functioning to identify and correct errors
- Maintain accurate records of data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken
- Read technical manuals, run diagnostics, and confer with users to investigate and resolve problems
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting AI tools and systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver excellent in-person support
- Proficient in Linux (required for Washington-based candidates)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a varied workload
Additional Information:
- Fully onsite role in Seattle, WA must be local or able to commute

Pay Range: $35.00 $40.00/hour
