Job Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement activity and financial data using Excel to provide insights and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure transparency across all equipment purchases and meet contractual SLAs.
• Monitor vendor ticket queues, ensuring issues are addressed with urgency and escalated when necessary.
• Submit IT equipment orders and provide updates to internal customers on order status.
• Normalize large data sets in Excel, preparing detailed reports to support business decisions.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in vendor management and financial data analysis.
• Moderate Excel proficiency, with the ability to manipulate and reconcile large data sets.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building and communication.
• Strong time-management skills and a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
• Oracle Financial and ServiceNow experience is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to support IT project logistics and deployments in North American stores. This role involves coordinating IT equipment, telephone systems, network setups, and other technical needs. If you have a strong background in IT coordination and project logistics, with 5-8 years of experience, this role could be a great fit for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the deployment of IT equipment, wiring, POS systems, sound systems, IP cameras, and network setups for North American stores.
• Maintain and distribute project schedules to internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project success metrics and ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve or escalate incident tickets and collaborate with third-party vendors as needed.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and assist with technical documentation and user guides.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IT project coordination (not project management).
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills (required).
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus (training will be provided).
• Strong organizational and communication skills for maintaining project schedules and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects that meet the organization’s strategic objectives and drive technological advancements.

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project feasibility and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage project execution according to the established plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, report progress to stakeholders, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Monitor project performance, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective communication and resolving conflicts.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluation.
• Document and share project outcomes, best practices, and recommendations for future projects.
• Provide input and expertise in developing IT strategies, roadmaps, and project portfolios.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects, including operating system upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and technology trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within strict deadlines.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
• PowerPoint experience is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with voice/networking experience.

Additional Information

• This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting.

Pay Range: 

• $65-$75/HR
