HR Service Representative

About this Position
We are seeking an HR Service Representative to support associates with leave of absence inquiries. This role focuses on disability, unemployment, and leave-related questions while ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.
The majority of the day will involve administrative case processing, documentation review, and responding to associate inquiries. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in growing within HR.
Job Responsibilities

Administer leave of absence cases including medical and personal leave requests

Review documentation, manage emails/faxes, and update case management systems

Ensure compliance with FMLA, state disability, family leave, ERISA, and sick policies

Coordinate pay during leave including state disability and family leave programs

Maintain accurate records and process cases using workload dashboards
Job Skills/Requirements

1–2 years of related HR experience preferred

Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage repetitive, detailed administrative tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
