Administrative Assistant – Property Management
This is a contract to hire position.
This is an onsite opportunity in Foon Lok East Bay.
About this Position
This role supports the day-to-day operations of a residential property management office. You’ll serve as a front-facing point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams while keeping administrative workflows organized and running smoothly. Ideal for someone interested in property management, nonprofit housing, or community-focused work.
Job Responsibilities

Provide front desk support including answering phones, routing messages, and greeting visitors

Sort and distribute mail; prepare correspondence and post resident notices

Maintain organized files, office supplies, and administrative records

Log, track, and follow up on resident work orders

Support resident application and move-in processes
Job Skills / Requirements

Experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Range:
$20-22/hour
