We’re seeking an Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll help manage merchandise samples, maintain office organization, and assist buyers and teams with essential administrative tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Sort, label, ticket, and package merchandise samples for delivery
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS)
- Organize and maintain buyer sample closets and assist with special projects
- Support sample shipping needs for vendors, style-outs, and strategy meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms and general office areas
Job Skills/Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting boxes, moving chairs/tables)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Fridays as needed
- Contract role with potential for extension
Pay Range
Pay Range: $19–$20/hour
