    Account Director
    This is a contract opportunity.
    This is a hybrid opportunity in San Francisco, Chicago, Detroit, or NYC 

    About this Position
    We’re seeking a Sales Representative (Account Director) with a strong customer-first mindset to manage and grow an existing book of business within the State and Local Government sector. In this role, you’ll focus on renewals, contract negotiations, and revenue continuity while helping customers unlock value across Hiring and Learning solutions. This is a coverage role requiring independence, sound judgment, and strong commercial instincts.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Manage an existing portfolio of approximately 20–60+ accounts, depending on coverage needs
    • Own later-stage sales activity including renewals, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
    • Drive renewal revenue, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, including multi-year agreements
    • Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders and act as a customer advocate
    • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene

    Job Skills / Requirements
    • 4+ years of applicable sales or account management experience
    • Experience managing renewals and subscription-based or SaaS sales cycles
    • Strong negotiation, discovery, and value-based selling skills
    • Comfortable working independently without reliance on solution engineers
    • Experience using CRM tools; Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required

    Additional Information
    • Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in office
    • 5-month contract focused on account coverage and revenue continuity
    • Opportunity to support both Government and Academic customer segments
    • Exposure to Hiring & Recruitment solutions and Learning & Development tools
    • Fast-paced, collaborative sales environment with cross-functional partners

    Pay Range
    Pay Range: $55-$70/hour
