Financial Analyst

This is a hybrid opportunity, three days onsite per week in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be local.

Join a Global Capital Markets Corporate Lending team where you will support daily profit and loss activities across multiple strategies. In this role, you will gain exposure to financial products, risk systems, and data flows while helping ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within financial operations.

Job Responsibilities
• Support daily profit and loss (P&L) production across corporate lending strategies
• Reconcile estimated business unit P&L against sub-ledger results
• Investigate and resolve daily P&L breaks using finance and risk systems
• Partner with stakeholders across teams to validate financial results
• Develop knowledge of financial products, strategies, and reporting workflows

Job Skills/Requirements
• Basic understanding of financial products or financial operations
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly

Additional Information
• Hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week in Baltimore, MD
• Contract role supporting global capital markets operations
• Exposure to financial reporting, risk systems, and corporate lending products
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus

Pay Range
• Pay Rate: $21 – $24/hour
