About this Position

We’re seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join the Account Maintenance team within a leading investment management firm. In this role, you’ll manage client account data, coordinate requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This hybrid role requires in-office work three days a week and offers an opportunity to grow within a high-performing environment focused on client experience and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a system and process expert for implementing client data changes and requests.

• Support the advisor contact lifecycle, including creating, updating, and managing advisor data.

• Coordinate responses to client requests by working with cross-functional teams and verifying account details.

• Review and ensure accuracy in proxy voting setups and assist with annual compliance mailings.

• Document procedures, assist with team projects, and support overall operational risk mitigation.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services, client operations, or data management.

• Strong understanding of investment products such as equities, fixed income, and managed accounts.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organization skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.

• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay Range: $25–$30/hour

Infrastructure Engineer

About this Position
Join a high-performing Infrastructure Engineering team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the core systems that power business operations. The Infrastructure Engineer will support enterprise-scale infrastructure, build automation tools, and provide technical expertise across production environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure tools and monitoring systems.
• Automate complex operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Evaluate and recommend commercial and open-source software solutions.
• Provide production support to ensure uptime, stability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals.

Job Skills/Requirements
• 4+ years with Application Delivery Controllers (Citrix Netscalers, F5 Big-IP, etc.).
• 3+ years with UNIX/Linux systems and Linux OS internals.
• 3+ years of Python programming experience.
• 3+ years with configuration management tools (Puppet, Git, Subversion).
• Strong understanding of Internet protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, FTP).

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Web/Internet Security concepts and best practices.
• Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience with BlueCat IPAM/DNS and InfoBlox.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
