Were hiring experienced Technical Support Specialists across multiple locations to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and AI tool-related issues.

Job Responsibilities
Provide in-person and remote technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, configuration, and AI tool-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across macOS and Windows devices.
Install software, perform hardware testing, run diagnostics, and monitor system performance to identify and resolve errors.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, user interactions, and resolutions.
Use technical documentation and diagnostic tools to investigate problems and provide timely solutions.
Job Skills/Requirements
5+ years of IT support experience preferred, with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
3+ years of macOS experience required.
2+ years of Linux experience required, with Linux proficiency required for Washington-based candidates.
Experience supporting or troubleshooting AI tools and systems.
Strong customer service, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Additional Information
100% onsite opportunity. Candidates must be local to or able to commute to their selected work location.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $35.00$40.00/hour
