HR Generalist
This is a contract position.
Remote for now, located in King of Prussia, PA, with full in-office work by year-end.

Join a dynamic team supporting a high-profile entertainment venue where immersive, in-person guest experiences bring stories to life. In this role, you’ll support the operational needs of a permanent, always-on entertainment space by partnering closely with on-site HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Operations. Your work will ensure a seamless employee experience, from pre-hire through exit, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line support partner to the on-site HR Manager for employee-related operations
- Ensure a consistent, seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition
- Build and maintain process documentation including Work Instructions and Job Aids
- Support project-based work by documenting processes and training operational teams
Job Skills/Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Skilled in knowledge management and creating user-friendly documentation
- Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and data-driven decision making
Pay Range:
Pay: $38–$42/hr
