Sales Operations Analyst

About this Position

We’re seeking a strategic and operations-focused leader to join the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team. In this role, you will drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. Your goal will be to enable revenue growth through data-driven strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, partnerships, marketing, and HR. This dynamic position requires you to adapt quickly and drive results within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Job Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the planning process, including goal-setting, project prioritization, and headcount planning.
• Frame decisions and provide strategic input on scaling the Business Messaging operations.
• Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leadership, along with other stakeholders, on business initiatives and special projects.
• Identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
• Implement and manage go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Combine data analytics and qualitative insights to make strategic recommendations.
• Lead and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to executive leadership, tracking progress on goals and priorities.
• Drive leadership meetings to align on opportunities and resolve key challenges.


Skills/Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic planning and business operations, ideally in technology, messaging, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience leading strategy, operations, and process improvement projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience working at all levels of an organization.
• Expertise in analyzing sales revenue, pipeline reporting, and presenting business insights to leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and related tools.
• Ability to multitask, balance priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
