About this position
We’re seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume Loss Prevention team within a defined geographic region. In this role, you’ll build strategic talent pipelines, manage hiring events, and partner closely with leadership to meet regional headcount goals. This is a fast-paced opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on ownership, strategy, and results.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly Loss Prevention roles across 25–30 districts and 36–40 store locations.
- Develop and execute regional staffing strategies, including partnerships with colleges, military, and community organizations.
- Source, engage, assess, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events.
- Track and report weekly progress against hiring goals and adjust strategy as needed.
Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Strong technical skills including Excel and talent systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools, reporting platforms).
- Proven ability to build strategic sourcing plans and talent pipelines.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Pay Range:
- Pay Range: $35–$40/hour
