Mortgage Servicing Consultant
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with two hiring classes/month.
This is a 100% onsite opportunity in Tempe, AZ.
About this Position
Were hiring Mortgage Servicing Consultants to join a fast-paced customer service team supporting homeowners with their mortgage accounts. No mortgage experience is required. Paid training is provided, and high-performing employees may have the opportunity to convert to full-time employment after approximately 3 months.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners with mortgage payments, escrow questions, payoff requests, website assistance, and general account inquiries.
- Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to homeowners regarding past-due accounts.
- Process mortgage payments accurately while providing a positive customer experience.
- Connect homeowners with internal specialists for payment solutions, refinancing opportunities, and additional support.
- Meet established customer service, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain excellent attendance.
Additional Information
- 100% onsite in Tempe, AZ and Coppell TX
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential conversion after approximately 3 months.
- Paid training provided.
- Must pass two role-readiness assessments during training with a score of 80% or higher.
- Must successfully complete required background and credit checks.
Training & Schedule
- Day 1: 8:00 AM5:00 PM.
- Paid Training, first 2 weeks: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM.
- Academy/Nesting, approximately 60 days: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM.
- Regular Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM.
- Upon full-time conversion, schedule may include one Saturday per month for approximately 4 hours with adjusted weekday hours.

Pay Rate
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
