Marketing Manager
This is a contract position located in Framingham, MA.
About this Position
This role is responsible for overseeing strategy, media, and creative across all owned marketing assets, including email, organic social, and on-site content. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage creative processes, and drive multi-channel marketing plans to achieve brand goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage all owned marketing channels (email, social, on-site assets).
- Serve as the main contact for owned channels, building relationships with cross-functional teams like Merchandising, Planning, and Digital Marketing.
- Partner with Creative to manage the photography process, from meeting seasonal merchandise needs to talent selection and final approvals.
- Set marketing direction and oversee team on Influencer strategy execution.
- Guide the team and agency on multi-channel PR plans.
- Collaborate with business and marketing partners to measure marketing initiative success.
- Manage marketing budget to maximize efficiency and ensure high-impact results.
- Lead and mentor two Marketing Specialists, supporting their daily tasks and career growth.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing (agency or client-side)
- Experience in multi-channel, integrated marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent project management and attention to detail
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and handle campaign production
- Highly motivated and creative

Pay Range
- Pay Range: $40 – $50/hour
