Maintenance Lead

We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead to support the upkeep and operations of our residential communities. Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily maintenance operations and ensure units and common areas are safe and clean
• Train and supervise maintenance staff; support performance reviews and improvement plans
• Conduct inspections, unit turnover, and routine preventative maintenance
• Coordinate vendor work, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory/supplies
• Respond to on-call emergencies and complete required documentation
Skills/Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, etc.)
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing teams and overseeing apartment turnover
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with affordable housing regulatory inspections (REAC, TCAC, MOR)
• Must have a valid California Driver License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Full-time, on-site role with evening and weekend emergency call rotation
• Physical role: ability to lift 50 lbs, climb, kneel, crawl, and work outdoors
• Tools and safety gear provided

Pay Range
Pay Range:$25 – $31/hr
