Join a Middle Office Core Platform team that builds and modernizes financial products used by millions of customers every day. In this role, you will contribute to backend systems that power digital financial experiences, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on builder who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and enhance backend components and services using Java
• Participate in technical design discussions and collaborate with peers through whiteboarding and reviews
• Build and maintain high-quality code using testing and automation best practices
• Support scalable, distributed systems and improve performance through thoughtful design
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with product goals
Job Skills/Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented design principles
• Experience building microservices and working with relational databases
• Familiarity with distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms, containers, or orchestration tools is a plus

Pay Range
• Pay Rate: $75-$80/hour
