We’re seeking an IT Asset Management Coordinator to support hardware inventory, deployment operations, and asset lifecycle management within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate asset tracking, coordinating hardware deployments, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience through strong operational processes and inventory management. Job Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain hardware asset inventory within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, device setup, onboarding activities, and asset distribution across teams.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain compliance with asset management processes.
• Monitor ServiceNow ticket queues and support hardware-related requests and escalations.
• Maintain detailed documentation related to inventory, asset activity, and operational workflows.
Job Skills/Requirements
• Experience using ServiceNow, particularly within asset management or inventory tracking environments.
• Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management processes.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional approach.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $19–$21/hour
