About this position

As the Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager, you will design and implement strategies that enhance the representation of historically underrepresented groups within this global organization. You will analyze pipeline trends, partner with various teams, and lead initiatives that align with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to increase representation of underrepresented groups, informed by external market research and internal data analysis.
  • Analyze recruitment pipeline themes and trends, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance pipeline representation. Provide actionable solutions and recommendations to Talent Acquisition teams and leadership to drive strategic efforts.
  • Lead the execution of inclusive hiring initiatives as outlined in the Inclusion and Diversity Roadmap.
  • Provide regular reporting on progress related to representation and hiring, highlighting opportunities and measuring the ROI of ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Employer Brand and Partnerships managers to create opportunities for diverse candidate engagement.
  • Coach and guide recruiters and researchers to enhance their diversity recruiting skills. Design and deliver impactful training content on inclusion and diversity best practices.
  • Act as an inclusion consultant to Talent Acquisition and other business areas, offering insights on hiring practices to promote inclusivity.

 

Skills/Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant inclusion and diversity program management experience
  • Proven track record in managing successful inclusion and diversity recruiting initiatives, preferably within Content, Marketing, and Legal sectors.
  • Experience working in recruiting or closely with recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage productive relationships with various Talent and business stakeholders to implement inclusion efforts.
  • Proficient in synthesizing internal and external data and insights to inform and measure an inclusion strategy.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering compelling training content on inclusion.
  • Strong judgment and discretion, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and taking calculated risks.

Additional Information:

  • 6-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

 

  • Pay Range: $80-$95/hour
