About this position

The HR Coordinator provides crucial administrative support to HR Shared Services. Duties include handling various office tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, managing personnel files, and assisting with HR case management.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle printing, sorting, faxing, and mailing of paperwork.
  • Open and distribute mail and faxes received within HR XPRESS.
  • Log LOA documentation received in the shared email box and update cases in ServiceNow.
  • Upload leaves of absence paperwork and other personnel file documents into the document management system.
  • Maintain personnel files for all office and exempt/management associates.
  • Ensure proper authorization for personnel file requests.
  • Prepare personnel file documents for scanning by external vendors, ensuring accuracy, and following up on missing documents.
  • Coordinate the completion of employment verification forms with external vendors.
  • Distribute benefit enrollment materials and associate discount cards upon request.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by management.



  • Skills: Familiarity with HR systems and/or case management tools is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 1 year of related experience in an administrative support role preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

  • 5 days a week onsite initially, then transitions into a hybrid work schedule.
  • 36.25 hours per week
  • 5-month contract

Pay/Salary Range:


  • Pay Range: $19/hour.
