High School Arts & Crafts Instructor

About this Position
Are you passionate about arts and inspiring young creatives? As an Arts & Crafts Instructor, you will lead students through hands-on creative projects, introduce them to entrepreneurship, and foster a love for the arts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with students while developing your teaching skills in a supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Instruct students in arts and crafts projects using a provided curriculum.
- Lead engaging 90-minute art classes.
- Prepare materials, including mixing paint and distributing supplies.
- Capture class moments through photos and short videos.
- Inspire and motivate students to explore entrepreneurship through art.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Experience freelancing, exhibiting, and selling art.
- Ability to provide a digital portfolio for consideration.
- Versatility in various arts and crafts techniques.
- Prior experience working with students in classrooms or after-school programs.
- Ability to pass a background check via fingerprinting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $30/hr
Schedule:
Start Date: April 14, 2025)
Schedule: Mon.,Tue,Thurs, Fri. (8-10 hours/week) Work Hours: Between 2:30 – 4:30 PM
