Fraud Client Service Representative

About this position
We are seeking a Fraud Resolution Specialist to handle multi-product fraud related client requests. You will engage with clients via calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center, ensuring accurate problem resolution, account maintenance, and delivering excellent client service.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify fraud-related client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Accurately record data from client interactions.
- Escalate issues for risk review or further analysis when necessary.
- Provide clients with clear, concise solutions to complex financial problems.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and financial controls.
Skills/Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience, including handling difficult situations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Problem solving abilities and experience in fraud detection or related fields
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Proven reliability and ability to adhere to work schedules, including weekends/holidays.
- Ability to engage with clients and clearly explain financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and issue resolution.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Pay/Salary Range:
- Pay Range: $19-20hr
