About this Position
We’re seeking a Financial Services Representative to support clients in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. This role focuses on handling fraud-related inquiries across multiple financial products while delivering a seamless and supportive client experience. You will assist clients through phone, chat, and email channels, helping resolve issues, maintain accounts, and provide guidance during sensitive financial situations.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails related to fraud and account-related inquiries.
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions when fraud activity is detected.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Escalate complex issues requiring risk review or additional analysis.
• Navigate multiple systems while communicating clearly and efficiently with clients.
Job Skills/Requirements
• 6+ months of customer service experience, including handling complex or sensitive situations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain solutions clearly.
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance and regulatory procedures.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting to new processes and technology.
Program Requirements
• Completion of an Year Up United Program
• 6 months–2 years of relevant work, internship, or customer-facing experience.
• Availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday) with potential Saturday coverage.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the assigned branch.
• Ability to work on-site and adhere to banking policies (no personal phone usage during work hours).

Pay Range
Pay Range: $18–$20/hour
