Facilities Specialist
This is full-time position.
This is an onsite opportunity located in Smithfield, RI.

You’ll support the overall maintenance and cleanliness of facilities, ensure meeting spaces are event-ready, and provide courier and light clerical support—all while helping a community-focused credit union live its mission.
Job Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and safety of building exteriors and interiors, including trash removal and snow/ice management.

Perform minor facilities duties like light bulb replacement, furniture moving, room setups, and basic maintenance.

Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage the Records Retention and Destruction program.

Provide courier services across branches and support internal mail distribution.

Monitor and maintain facilities supply inventory and equipment.
Job Skills/Requirements

Valid driver’s license and comfort operating a motor vehicle required.

Ability to work in varying environments (e.g., noise, heat, snow, etc.) and lift up to 60 lbs.

Service-oriented mindset aligned with leadership, unity, caring, and integrity.

Capable of multitasking, using hand tools safely, and managing basic maintenance tasks.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Internet browsing; excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $20 – $25/hr
