Director of Delivery, MSP 
This is a remote, direct hire opportunity directly with our company.

Job Summary 

The Director of DeliveryMSP is responsible for driving organic revenue growth and program expansion within assigned Managed Service Provider (MSP) client accounts. This role owns the commercial growth strategy inside existing relationships—expanding scope, increasing billable headcount year over year, and identifying new opportunities aligned to client workforce needs. 

This role reports directly into the VP, Client Delivery & Recruiting, and operates close to execution and recruiting strategy to ensure growth is realistic, scalable, and sustainable. At the same time, the role carries sales-grade accountability for revenue expansion, pipeline development, and forecasting with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Delivery Officer. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own organic revenue growth across assigned MSP accounts 
  • Develop and execute account-level growth strategies aligned to client workforce needs and MSP program dynamics 
  • Serve as YUPRO Placement’s primary growth-oriented partner to MSP program leaders and enterprise stakeholders 
  • Build trusted relationships that position YUPRO Placement as a strategic workforce partner, not a transactional vendor, that results in NPS Client Satisfaction scores at 75% or higher. 
  • Identify and advance expansion opportunities that include new roles or skill categoriesadditional departments, business units, or locations, and increased hiring volume or share of MSP participation 
  • Partner closely with Client Delivery Managers and Recruiting teams to align growth plans with execution capability 
  • Collaborate with both internal team and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to all contract terms, SLAs, and business needs that results in meeting client audit guidelines, passing all MSP audits with a 95% or higher score 
  • Translate delivery performance and client insights into actionable expansion proposals 
  • Own expansion efforts from identification through close, coordinating internally to ensure alignment with MSP scorecards, SLAs, compliance requirements, and delivery capacity. 
  • Anticipate workforce trends and proactively advise clients on talent strategy opportunities 
  • Maintain clear visibility into requisition flow, submissions, interviews, starts, and active headcount 
  • Identify risks to growth or retention early and proactively address them with solutions 
  • Participate in regular MSP Account Growth Reviews and contribute data-backed insights and recommendations 
  • Represent YUPRO Placement at in-person and virtual conferences, webinars, and podcasts, that are related directly to role responsibilities.

Education & Experience 

  • Years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, MSP program management, or enterprise account growth that align with the career level of role 
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing client or MSP accounts 
  • Experience working within MSP and VMS-driven environments 
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.  
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities 
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, growth-stage environments 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions 
  • Ability to both give and receive professional feedback in a high-stakes environment with the ability to discern feedback for action and or reflection 

 

Salary and Benefits 

  • $90,000-$100,000 annual salarywith opportunity to earn additional compensation through performance incentive plan.  
  • Position eligible for the following benefits on the first of the month after 30 days of employment: medical, STD, voluntary dental, vision, and life insurance, Smartphone and Internet allowance, and EAP. A 401K plan is offered after 12 months of employment.
