Digital Marketing Specialist

About this Position
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing and advertising campaigns. This role involves coordinating campaigns, producing content, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards. You will work closely with management to identify marketing goals and key messaging, while ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to identify marketing goals, target audiences, and develop digital marketing plans.
- Produce digital marketing copy and content; coordinate non-digital marketing campaign elements.
- Research and recommend marketing channels, reviewing deliverables from ad agencies for alignment with brand standards.
- Utilize web analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital advertising efforts (social media, SEO, paid search, podcast sponsorship, email advertising).
Job Skills/Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills with advertising agencies and stakeholders.
- Ability to audit budgets, invoices, and media plans to optimize media investment.
Pay Range:
- $25-30/hr
