Data Scientist – Org Planning Support

This role supports organizational planning by driving product insights, metric definitions, and advanced analysis to influence feature development and topline growth.
Job Responsibilities

Conduct discovery analysis to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities

Define metrics and support reporting for product and feature releases

Develop predictive models and advanced algorithms to extract business value

Collaborate with engineers to turn prototypes into scalable product features

Deliver ad hoc analysis and data visualizations to support decision-making
Job Skills/Requirements

8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages

Familiarity with Hadoop, Tableau, or similar big data and visualization tools

Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret experimental results

Excellent written communication skills to explain complex findings clearly

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $85 – $90/hr
