Consumer Lending Service Advisor
This is a contract opportunity in Johnston, RI.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by acting as an advocate for applicants and customers. The advisor will provide accurate information, offer appropriate support solutions, and work to enhance customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring high levels of service and support
- Explain and offer solutions that increase customer satisfaction and enhance relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries by actively listening and determining their needs
- Provide accurate credit decision information based on applications submitted
- Track all customer calls and record any expressions of dissatisfaction in the system of record
- Ensure daily work is completed in line with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
- Adhere to Call Quality and Operational standards
- Assist with additional duties as needed to support the business
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal requirements
Pay Range:
$19-20/hr
