About This Position

Join YUPRO Placement as a Client Delivery Manager and take the lead in building bridges between clients and talent. As a Client Delivery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind creating opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: You’ll be at the forefront of managing client accounts, meeting their recruitment needs, and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Intern Conversion: Help Year Up Interns transition into contract roles by facilitating seamless communication and onboarding.
  • Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with HR and Ops departments to ensure onboarding activities align with client contracts and organizational policies.
  • Vendor Systems Oversight: Manage timecard approvals and other vendor management activities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with both clients and candidates, logging interactions and feedback into our systems.
  • Account Growth: Strategically market our services to expand our footprint with existing clients, aiming for year-on-year growth.
  • Data Management: Document all interactions, progress, requisitions, and placements in our system for data accuracy.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, emphasizing exceptional service delivery.

General Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Ensure timely job order intake, recruitment, sourcing, and placement of candidates while building candidate pipelines via various platforms.
  • Metrics Adherence: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and client delivery metrics, embodying YUPRO Placement values.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in mandatory company meetings and work collaboratively to expand job opportunities and grow client relationships.
  • Talent Support: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned talent throughout their employment journey.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma:
  • Experience: Two years of related experience, preferably in the staffing industry or talent acquisition.
  • Recruiting Experience: Required in any industry, along with managing the recruiting process for placement.
  • Basic Understanding: Of employment laws and regulations.
  • Start-Up Experience: Familiarity with a start-up culture or small business environment.

  • Salaried position paid on 15th and 30th each month with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through company incentive plan based on company performance.

Pay Range: Base salary $60,000 + commissions
