Client Account Manager

This is a direct hire opportunity with a company advising on $700B+ in alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate.
In this client-facing role, you’ll act as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams, supporting high-impact investment advisory services. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage client data, deliver reports, and help identify opportunities for cross-functional engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Serve as primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management

Coordinate and attend regular client meetings and investment manager calls

Prepare and review timely and accurate client deliverables

Manage onboarding for new accounts and provide system training

Support internal client records including preferences, budgets, and due diligence

Collaborate with internal analysts to highlight relevant investment research

Gather client feedback and support event planning initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of customer-facing or client service experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
