About this position
We are seeking a short-term Contractor Systems Program Manager (SPM) to coordinate projects and team processes at the intersection of global operations and product/engineering teams. This role requires familiarity with integrity, trust & safety, and content moderation systems, as well as customer support processes in high-value partnerships. Knowledge of legal content issues such as copyright or defamation would be advantageous. The successful candidate will manage planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and execute technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to operations/engineering partners.
• Collaborate with SPMs across programs to support business needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes.
• Assist in the development of team playbooks and process documentation.
• Ensure global team processes are thoroughly documented and regularly improved.
• Conduct and share service and operational performance reviews.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including support teams and customers.
• Interpret user problems, identify solutions, and address potential side effects.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Skills/Qualifications
• Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Expertise in scaled/specialized operational processes within a social media environment.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and other relevant software.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Pay Range
• 50-60/hr
