In this role you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, leading cross-functional initiatives, managing complex vendor relationships, and keeping critical systems reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. Job Responsibilities
- Own the full application lifecycle including upgrades, enhancements, patching, and vendor escalation management across multiple systems and integrations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with business users, technical teams, and vendors to identify, prioritize, and resolve complex application issues including production-impacting incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis on escalated issues and determine when to troubleshoot independently versus pulling in additional resources or vendor support.
- Lead or actively participate in system implementations, upgrades, and UAT to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.
- Validate data between systems, identify discrepancies, and deliver recommendations that reduce manual effort and strengthen processes.
Skills/Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience owning or supporting business applications, preferably in a financial institution environment.
- Proven experience serving as a primary or backup system owner with hands-on responsibility for integrations, dependencies, and day-to-day administration.
- Strong vendor management skills with experience driving issue resolution through complex escalations.
- Ability to adjust communication style when working with business users, technical teams, and vendors, translating business needs into system solutions.
- Experience with SQL, integration troubleshooting, and data validation across systems is strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $31.69 – $35.61/hour
