Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SQL database development to drive impactful process improvements. This role focuses on transitioning legacy database environments to advanced solutions while supporting reporting and automation needs across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
- Transition databases from Access to a SQL-based data mart, ensuring data integrity.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in data analysis and reporting.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience transitioning database solutions to SQL-based environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with data visualization and warehousing concepts.

Pay Range
- Pay Range: $45–$55/hour
