About This Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support investment decision-making, portfolio management, and operational efficiencies. This role involves advanced data analysis, reporting, and generating insights. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, develop actionable reports, and collaborate with investment professionals to improve processes and performance.
Job Responsibilities

Work with technology teams to deliver efficient business solutions and document business processes.

Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making.

Design and maintain PowerBI or Tableau reports (e.g., performance dashboards, financial summaries).

Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions.

Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to deliver analytical solutions.
Job Skills/Requirements

5+ years of experience in a data-focused role (finance, consulting, or financial services).

Strong project management skills, including planning and reporting.

Experience working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or Tableau.

Familiarity with portfolio management software (e.g., eFront, Salesforce) is a plus.

Strong communication skills for working with both business and technical teams.

Pay Range
Salary Range: $40 – $46/hr
