Assistant Community Manager

About this Position
We’re seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations within a residential community. This role offers hands-on experience across leasing, resident services, and property operations in a mission-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow long-term in property management.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide front desk coverage and administrative support, including distributing mail across a 100+ unit community
• Support leasing efforts, move-ins, waiting lists, and unit turnovers in alignment with Fair Housing guidelines
• Maintain resident files, post rent payments, and assist with reporting and reconciliation
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure work orders, inspections, and property upkeep are completed
• Conduct property walks and support inventory tracking and supply ordering
Job Skills/Requirements
• Experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support
• Strong communication and customer service skills in a residential setting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Experience working with maintenance coordination or operations support
• Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) is a plus

Pay Range
Pay Range: $28/hour
