Recruitment Manager

About this Position
The Recruitment Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Student Recruitment and drives recruitment efforts to build a robust, well-qualified, and diverse pipeline of applicants for a non profit workforce development program. This role focuses on developing relationships with prospective students, coordinating outreach initiatives, leading information sessions, and building partnerships with colleges, schools, and community-based organizations.
The Recruitment Manager will also support advertising and social media initiatives designed to increase awareness of programs and guide prospective students through the admissions process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship building and public speaking, and is passionate about supporting young adults and workforce development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
• Develop and implement recruitment plans in partnership with the Recruitment team to build strong pipelines of prospective students for each class.
• Build and maintain relationships with community colleges, local schools, and community-based organizations to increase candidate outreach efforts.
• Create and oversee social media strategies and outreach campaigns targeting high-potential candidates.
• Host information sessions and present engaging information about programs and opportunities.
• Organize recruitment events and manage admissions-related outreach materials and communications.
Database & Document Management
• Analyze and manage recruitment data to track progress and support future recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within Salesforce.com and other systems.
• Develop reports and track weekly progress toward recruitment goals and metrics.
• Partner with college departments and external stakeholders to obtain and manage student information.
Site Team/Learning Community Member
• May serve as a mentor or coach for current students.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and student group sessions as needed.

Job Skills/Requirements
• 2–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, partnership development, or related fields preferred.
• Experience creating and managing social media campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with higher education systems, local communities, and workforce development initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $44–$47/hour
