    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide in-person and remote technical support to users for hardware, software, and AI tool-related issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues including operating systems, connectivity, and configuration for MacOS and Windows devices
    • Install software, perform hardware testing, and monitor system functioning to identify and correct errors
    • Maintain accurate records of data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken
    • Read technical manuals, run diagnostics, and confer with users to investigate and resolve problems

    Skills/Requirements

    • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills
