Job Responsibilities
- Align Business Strategy to Talent Strategy
- Develop Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Strategies and Programs
- Drive Organizational Transformation initiatives
- Provide Talent Strategy Consulting and Advisory
- Partner with People Business Partners to facilitate talent discussions and organizational alignment
- Plan and implement both immediate and long-term Organizational Transformations
- Lead Functional Reorganizations, from small to large-scale efforts
- Design and evolve Business Strategy and Operating Models
- Identify, design, and drive adoption of OE/OD programs
Job Skills/Requirements
- 10+ years of HR and Organization Effectiveness experience, including leading OE/OD programs at the C-suite level
- Experience partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic organizational solutions
- Ability to independently lead and execute on Organizational Transformation initiatives
- Strong strategic mindset with a focus on enterprise-wide alignment
- Skilled in facilitation and leading executive-level sessions
- Strong influencing and leadership abilities, with the ability to challenge assumptions
- Global perspective with an understanding of cultural considerations in designing solutions
