About this Position

We’re seeking a customer-focused Collections Specialist Apprentice to support customers with financial products and account needs in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume customer interactions, help identify solutions, and build valuable experience within the financial services industry.

This three-month apprenticeship is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is ready to strengthen their communication, problem-solving, and financial services skills.

Job Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, potentially more than 100 calls per day.
Assist customers with financial products and account needs while providing respectful and empathetic service.
Gather information, identify customer needs, and communicate appropriate solutions.
Navigate multiple computer systems accurately and efficiently while managing customer interactions.
Follow established regulatory, departmental, and operational procedures while meeting performance expectations.

Job Skills/Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience in a phone-based or face-to-face environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, information-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle complex customer conversations with empathy, professionalism, composure, and sound judgment.
Comfortable multitasking across multiple computer systems in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes while actively incorporating coaching and feedback.

Additional Information

Three-month apprenticeship opportunity.
100% onsite in Tampa, FL.
Candidates must be available to work within established operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Training attendance is required, and training hours may differ from the regular work schedule.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

About this Position

Were seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support hardware asset management, inventory, deployments, and technology lifecycle operations within a fast-paced professional environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow, coordinating hardware deployments, conducting inventory audits, and providing high-touch support to end users.

If you have experience with ServiceNow, IT asset management, hardware lifecycle processes, and hands-on technology support, this is an opportunity to bring those skills into a highly visible, onsite environment.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain hardware asset inventory in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting throughout the asset lifecycle.
Coordinate hardware deployments, inventory audits, reconciliations, onboarding equipment, and asset provisioning.
Monitor ServiceNow queues and support break-fix issues involving PCs, iOS devices, Windows 11, Microsoft O365, Zoom, hardware, and software.
Maintain accurate documentation of asset activity, incidents, ticket resolutions, and knowledge base resources.
Partner with internal technology teams, procurement, and third-party vendors to manage hardware orders, escalations, and asset lifecycle processes.

Job Skills/Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT asset management, hardware lifecycle management, IT operations, or a related technology role.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably including the Asset Management module.
Experience managing hardware inventory, deployments, audits, provisioning, and asset tracking.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, PCs, iOS devices, Microsoft O365, Zoom, and related hardware and software.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with the ability to provide professional, high-touch support to stakeholders at all levels.
