    Operations Contract Financial Apprenticeship
    This is a 1-year apprenticeship position.
    Candidates must reside in Austin, TX at the time of applying.

    About this position

    Are you passionate about finance and operations? In this role, you will support financial forecasting and contract performance alignment while learning how operational strategies impact the bottom line. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain valuable insight into the intersection of business operations and finance.

    Please note: Candidates must not have a U.S. or international bachelor’s degree at the time of starting the program.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Helps with financial forecasting by comparing what was expected to happen with what happened and supports the team in identifying and explaining any major differences.
    • Builds and updates simple financial models to track business trends and support team recommendations on how to improve performance.
    • Responds to questions from the team or other departments about how financial forecasts are created and updated.
    • Assists with researching and analyzing financial issues, then shares findings and ideas with the team to support leadership decisions.
    • Looks for ways to improve manual processes by suggesting or helping implement small systems or tool updates.
    • Supports financial planning by tracking forecasts, updating data, and assisting with analysis to help the team stay on track with business goals.
    • Help prepare summaries and reports that highlight financial performance, future projections, and key trends.
    • Communicate with other team members and departments to help answer questions and ensure everyone has the financial information they need.

    Job Skills/Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Over 6 months of experience in a financial industry role with demonstrated ability to perform as an individual contributor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    This is a contract opportunity.
    This is hybrid opportunity located in Seattle, WA.

    About this Position
    We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic product team focused on building world-class CRM integrations. You’ll own strategic product areas, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, and deliver elegant solutions to complex problems. If you love collaborating, diving into data, and shaping experiences that drive customer value, this is the role for you.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Define and drive the roadmap for CRM integrations through customer research, stakeholder feedback, and product vision.
    • Translate high-level goals into actionable product requirements and manage the backlog through launch.
    • Partner with design, engineering, and product marketing to deliver high-impact features.
    • Conduct strategic discovery using usage data, customer conversations, and market analysis.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate priorities across the organization.

    Skills/Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in agile/scrum or kanban environments.
    • Experience working with complex user journeys and enterprise software products.
    • Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear outcomes and roadmaps.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and user research.
    • Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
    • Technical fluency and experience working alongside engineers.

    Additional Information

    • Previous experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics) is strongly preferred.
    • B2B SaaS experience and exposure to AI/ML technologies are a plus.

    Pay/Salary Range

    • $50 – $55/hr
